The following is a list of dojos affiliated with the International  Kyudo Federation:

United States of America.

There have been four national archery seminars in America sanctioned by the All Nippon Kyudo Federation: 1993, 1994, 1996, and 1997. The fifth is scheduled to be held in July of 1998 in San Jose, California. In the 1996 seminar in San Jose, California, eight American federations formed the American Kyudo Council for the purpose of assisting the growth of kyudo in America. Dan DeProspero, president of the North Carolina Kyudo Federation, was elected chairman of the council.

European Kyudo Federation:

The EKF has been holding annual kyudo seminars sanctioned by the ANKF for many years. These seminars are very popular, attracting several hundred archers to the two week event. The EKF seminars rotate between countries and divided into three seperate events spread over a two week period: an "A" seminar for 4th dan and over, a "B" seminar for 2nd and 3rd dan and a "C" seminar for 1st dan and lower rank holders. The EKF also sponsors an annual Inter-City Tournament and throughout the year many european federations and dojos sponsor seminars, tournaments and other kyudo events. Germany has the largest number of archers by far of any country in Europe with a total approaching one thousand archers and a kyudo group in almost every state of Germany. Rather than attempt to keep track of every organization in Europe and their current addresses I will just list the main contacts of the German Kyudo Federation and the address of the link page of their web site which will have more up to date information than I could maintain.

Non IKYF Affiliated Dojos:

Not all dojos are ANKF affiliated. Some are associated with zen temples or their instructors, for one reason or another, choose not to affiliate with other regional or national archery federations. As a result, maintaining current contact names and addresses can be difficult. The following contacts are those for organizations which I know are active:

Shibata Kanjuro Sensei.

Mr. Shibata Kanjuro XX, the hereditary bowmaker to the emperor of Japan divides his time between Kyoto, Japan, and Boulder, Colorado, in addition to teaching seminars in America, Canada, and Europe.

Shibata Kanjuro sensei's headquarters is located in Boulder, Colorado.
The web page for the Boulder dojo (which has a VERY impressive picture of their azuchi) is:
http://bcn.boulder.co.us/community/ryuko.

And a nice overview of their approach to kyudo can be found at:
http://www.zenko.org/index.htm

The best list of Shibata sensei's dojos that I've found so far is:

Shingetsu School of Kyudo.

The following information about the Shingetsu School of Kyudo was received from Bob Fischer of the El Cerrito dojo and captures the essential nature of their approach to kyudo:

Kyudo is a Japanese word that means the Way (do) of the Bow (kyu). The Japanese bow is very large, supple, and is made of wood and bamboo. In our modern technological society, why would someone choose to pick up a simple bow and practice archery? No longer needed as a weapon of war or as a hunting tool, people continue to use this long bow as a way of spiritual training. In this school of Kyudo, the opening of the bow is a meditative act. Because the act of shooting reflects the inner working, the heart, of the archer, Kyudo is a path of discovery where the archer can find out much about him/herself. Kyudo provides the opportunity for the archer to abandon all that is not true, to find a purity, and to continue this state until the arrow, naturally, of its own, leaves the bow. When practiced this way, Kyudo becomes a deeply spiritual training.
